This general purpose kitchen was forged from a single piece of W2 high carbon steel, and has a handle made from a reclaimed 18th century oak beam.
This knife combines a high degree of functionality, combined with heaps of character. Due to the natural, untreated nature of both high carbon steel and the handle material, this knife will patinate and change over time.
