This general purpose kitchen knife was forged from high carbon W2 steel laminated between two pieces of reclaimed 19th century historic wrought iron, and has a handle made from reclaimed 18th century oak.
This knife combines a high degree of functionality, combined with heaps of character. Due to the natural, untreated nature of both high carbon steel, iron and the handle material, this knife will patinate and change over time.
