Walnut Troupers

These general purpose kitchen knives were forged entirely by hand from high carbon W2 steel and have handles made from Welsh walnut.
This knives combine a high degree of functionality, combined with heaps of character. Due to the natural, untreated nature of the high carbon steel and the handle material, this knife will patinate and change over time. Please see the care and guarantee section of my website before purchase.
These knives all differ ever so slightly from each other, but specifications are pretty much uniform and are as follows, the distal taper is pictured and the balance point is somewhere around the heel/mark;
Blade length; minimum ca. 127mm
Blade height at heel; minimum ca. 35mm
Handle length, from the heel; ca. 125mm
